Single session rate is $150 

Each session is 90 minutes

Lifetime training package  $3500

Kindly note there is a travel fee of .50 cents a mile, 20+ miles outside of the 11751 zip code area.

I don't use a stop watch, and we may spend more than 90 minutes in a training session- there will be no extra charge for a few extra minutes. 

At the end of the session we will go over what we just worked on, and I will leave you with goals to try to accomplish before we meet next.  I am always available to my clients for questions and concerns, and strive to match your schedule.
